Operating tips for the chatbot
Ideally, you don't need a manual. On the other hand, with something really new, it can also be very useful if you can go back to a few pointers.
With this in mind, we have put together a small overview for everyone who uses the audio theater "Two Souls - One Choice" in the chatbot.
1. Link to the chatbot (in the foyer)
The audio play is performed in a chatbot. This chatbot works in a similar way to a website (website) and therefore has its own internet address (URL, domain).
To call up the chatbot, please enter the following Internet address in your browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox or similar):
This address always takes you to the "foyer" of the audio theater.
2. Save the link on your smartphone
Since the play extends over several days, it can be convenient to save the link directly on the smartphone. There are several ways to do this:
- Create a bookmark in the browser
- Save the link with a picture on the home screen (like an app)
To do this, open the link to the foyer on your smartphone: bit.ly/tingsybeta .
At the bottom of the browser you will find several icons.
To save a link on the home screen, select the "Share symbol" (red circle, screenshot from iPhone).
You get the following selection of options:
to 1. Create bookmarks
Click on "Bookmarks" and name it as you wish - for example as "Audiotheater" or "Tingsy".

for 2. Store picture on the home screen
Click on "Go to Home Screen" and name the app as you wish (instead of LoyJoy) - for example "Audiotheater" or "Tingsy".

3. View older messages in chat history
YOU can scroll up the chatbot to listen to older dialogues and audio stones that you have already heard. However, not everything is available, only the last 1-2 files (limited review in chat history).
You can still view all input fields, multiple choice selections or voice recordings, but you can no longer change them afterwards.
4. Reboot
It is possible to restart the audio play and restart the chatbot. In this case the piece starts from the beginning (act 1) and all previous data is overwritten. This step is therefore only recommended in exceptional cases.
If YOU have to start the piece from the beginning, proceed as follows:
- Delete all saved data in the browser of your smartphone.
Using the iPhone as an example, you will find this option under "Settings / Safari (or other browser) / Advanced / Website data". Delete the entry with the name loyjoy.com completely. - Then restart the chatbot using the familiar link bit.ly/tingsybeta.
