The technical implementation of the audio theater production for chatbot is based on the platform of the German software provider LoyJoy (Link to the website).
This platform is usually used for programming and operating extensive chatbot solutions for international brands and corporations such as Beiersdorf. Over 3.5 million chats have already been carried out with her.
We use various components of the platform for the audio theater production:
Content Management System (CMS) - for managing various media types, primarily audio modules, text messages and images
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - for storing user profiles and customizing chatbot processes and audio content.
Natural Language Understanding (NLU) - the machine learning component is used to process open user input (text form). In the future, even more individualized audio theater versions will be implemented using this AI module.
Listeners are rewarded for certain interactions during the audio play. In the artistic debate, the internal point system serves, on the one hand, for motivation and, on the other, for critical reflection on these mechanisms
The potential of the "Tingsy audio.theater" relates not only to the format of the audio theater itself (Level 1), but far beyond. The seamless transition to the "Tingsy Community" (Level 2-n) has already been created in the system.
Divided according to the perspectives from the user and marketer point of view, this innovation format offers a wide range of opportunities.
After the pilot piece "Two Souls - One Choice" (# 2S1W), further audio plays in various languages and translations are planned (internationalization). Furthermore, the target group children and thus child-friendly audio theater productions are in the focus of development for us.
